This is a great vacation home, beautifully furnished with a mix of mid-century modern and contemporary décor, and bright, fun modern art throughout. This home has been furnished for comfort, relaxation and beauty and includes all the amenities of home. It is the popular 20 floorplan with 2 bedrooms located on opposite ends of the condo offering great bedroom separation and perfect privacy for two couples or a one couple with guests.

The living room is absolutely stunning! The focal point is a sensational orange leather sectional sofa with a gorgeous “Shag” art piece mounted above and complementing mid-century modern furnishings and décor. On the opposite side of the living room is a fun built-in mirrored wall unit with a “smart” cable TV. Through plantation shutters and wall to wall windows, are western views of the San Jacinto Mountains, often snow-capped in the winter. Step through the sliding glass door and extend your living space for perfect indoor/outdoor living. The patio has been furnished as an additional living room space with comfortable seating that overlooks a lake with bits of fairway in two directions.

The dining area has been furnished with a contemporary glass table that seats six when the top is fully extended and there is a pass-thru bar into the kitchen with two bar stools, providing a great spot for casual dining, visiting with the cook, or to set up your laptop! The kitchen has a stove with double ovens, updated fridge and dishwasher, is sparkling clean and very well equipped for everyday cooking or entertaining.

The primary bedroom suite has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed, quality linens, a “smart” cable TV and has direct access to the back patio through sliding glass doors. Guests will wake up to sunshine and mountain views. The ensuite has his and hers vanities and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds with quality bedding and fun, bright décor. It also has sliding glass doors that lead to the entry courtyard. The guest bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a double vanity and traditional shower/tub combination.

This home has wi-fi and “smart” TVs with Spectrum cable channels in the living room and primary bedroom. There are no landlines, so please be sure to bring your cell phone.

The laundry area is located in the hallway just outside the guest bathroom. The entry courtyard is furnished with a dining table that seats four as well as a sizable natural gas BBQ, convenient to the kitchen. There is a two-car garage that is accessed from the entry courtyard and the closest community pool and spa are within very short walking distance, 2 buildings away.

No Smoking & No Pets Please!

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
