With two bedrooms with private baths and two separate living areas, living room and den, this home is also ideal for two couples and still has plenty of room for an occasional guest.
The gorgeous kitchen with custom cabinets, Caesar stone counter tops and stainless appliance overlooks the extended patio and fairway beyond. A large kitchen bar not only adds cooking prep space but also provides casual dining or bar space when entertaining. The sunny dining room seats six and there is a large table in the living area that can be added for large dinner parties.
The over sized den is comfortably furnished with two sofa beds, two desks, cable TV and a bathroom with walk in shower. The den can be closed off for privacy and used as an additional sleeping area.
The primary suite is beautifully furnished with king size bed, flat screen HD TV and private bath. The spacious bath has both a walk in shower and a large soaking tub, double sink vanity, and private toilet.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and private bath.
The extended patio can be accessed from the living room or kitchen and offers ideal indoor outdoor living. Easy access to kitchen is perfect for your outdoor cooking on the built in BBQ with large stainless grill. The patio is furnished for outdoor dining with a large dining table and plenty of seating. With the eastern exposure, the patio is a great spot to start your day with morning coffee in the sun. This is a beautiful vacation home, well maintained and pristine clean!

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
