This stunning updated 300 plan has panoramic mountain and golf course views from the extended patio and sunshine almost all day long!  It is located directly across from the Monterey Clubhouse and not far from the North gate.

The beautifully furnished North-West facing patio has two dining areas; one that seats six and another pub-table that seats four.  There is an additional chaise lounge and two comfortable chairs for reading or relaxing.  The retractable awnings are perfect for warmer days, and a new natural gas BBQ has been added the fall of 2021.

With the converted atrium and many architectural upgrades, this home offers 1,800 sq ft of beautiful living space.  The great room has comfortable contemporary décor with plenty of seating for family and friends including sectional with chaise and two swivel loungers.  The room also has a large “smart” flat-screen cable TV and ceiling fan.

The original wall between the living room and kitchen was removed and a custom table height bar was added and creates an open floorplan feel to the home.  This bar space is ideal for setting up your laptop, visiting with the chef or to use as a casual dining table and would be perfect when entertaining. 

The gourmet kitchen is well supplied (juicer, blender, food processor, etc.), and has built-in and stainless appliances.  You’ll find everything you could possibly need to prepare family meals or dinner for friends.  And the cook will enjoy those same spectacular mountain and golf course views through the kitchen windows.   

The atrium was enclosed and converted into a sunny dining area and library.  With seating for four, it is ideal for formal and casual dining as well as a great spot for gaming.  Grab a book from the well-stocked library and find a spot to curl up with a good read.  This home is loaded with comfortable seating areas inside and out. 

The den, located just off the dining and library areas has a queen size sofa bed and sizable TV.  This TV does not have cable but can be used for streaming or gaming.  The sofa bed would work for the occasional guest or a child but is completely open and does not offer privacy.

The primary bedroom has been furnished with a king bed and large flat-screen TV.  It also has a ceiling fan and walk-in closet.  Previous owners added a door giving direct access between the condo and garage.  Though it may seem odd, this is an addition that has been made in many 300 plan homes.  We believe guests will find it very convenient.  The en-suite has dual sinks and a beautiful walk-in shower with a safety handrail.

The lovely guest bedroom also has a king size bed, ceiling fan and there is a chest of drawers located in the closet, it also has direct access to the hallway bathroom.

The hallway, guest bath has a single sink and a walk-in shower.  There is no bathtub in this vacation home.

Previous owners had the washer and dryer moved from the hallway to the garage to create more storage space inside the condo.  The door from the master makes access to the garage and laundry very convenient.

The garage has plenty of room for two cars and there is space for two in the driveway. 

This is a beautiful, updated and well cared for vacation home.  It has an ideal location, just two doors from the pool and spa, and across from the Clubhouse, has spectacular mountain and golf course views on the 7 East, and the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable.  The furniture, linens and bedding are all high quality, and the entire property is squeaky clean.  The home has shutters throughout except the kitchen which has electric roller shades operated from a wall switch.  There are ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen, den and both bedrooms and tile floors throughout except the bedrooms which are carpeted for comfort.  High ceilings, recessed lighting, skylights are just some of the features of this stunning vacation home.  Cable TV is provided, and the living room TV is “smart,” so don’t forget your streaming apps.  High speed wi-fi is provided and the owners will consider adding land lines with free US and Canada calling for out of country guests with extended stays.  Please inquire first.

Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests.  Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.

No Pets and No Smoking Please!   

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
