Enhanced Cleaning Protocol – Vacation Rentals of the Desert contracts with Crown Concierge for all cleaning and concierge services. Building on the present high standard of housecleaning and sanitation, the following are the enhanced cleaning protocols that are being followed until further notice.
- Crown Concierge is following CDC guidelines for cleaning each property. They are using the recommended Lysol and Clorox products for cleaning and sanitizing with extra disinfection. of high touch areas which include telephones, light switches, door handles, countertops, drawer pulls, toilet handles, sink faucets/handles, dining and living room seating, computer station areas.
- All bedding, including the top bedspread or coverlet, will be washed during each clean and sprayed with fabric-safe Lysol disinfectant after beds have been made up. All fabric furniture will be vacuumed and sprayed with fabric-safe Lysol disinfectant.
- We adhere to the CDC suggested minimum 24 hours between occupancy.
